Red Pepper Hummus and Turkey Panini

Paninis are hip sandwiches these days, and with good reason. They are easy to make, most any ingredient can be used, and they taste delicious. Move over grilled cheese! Try one of these on your next lunch break.

Ingredients

  • 8oz tub of Tribe Roasted Red Pepper Hummus
  • Sliced turkey
  • artisan-style bread, sliced ½ inch thick
  • Olive oil

Directions

  • 1. Preheat your panini grill. Brush the bottom of each slice of bread with olive oil.

  • 2. Spread the roasted red pepper hummus on one slice of bread, and place the sliced turkey on the other slice. Put the two halves together to make a sandwich and place on the panini grill.

  • 3. Grill for 2-4 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the panini is heated through. Remove, cut in half and enjoy!
