Tribe first introduced hummus to the United States in 1993 in Boston. The original Tribe hummus flavor, Classic, became a favorite in America in only four months, and shortly thereafter Tribe’s many hummus flavors became a staple among American households.
We produce Tribe in Taunton, Massachusetts, about 40 miles south of Boston. Our plant produces the most delicious, freshest-tasting hummus on the market, and we distribute our three hummus lines nationwide.
Keeping our hummus "all natural" requires a continued commitment to simplicity. We’re dedicated to producing a hummus that not only satisfies the palate, but nourishes the soul. Tribe hummus is made with all natural ingredients and is free of artificial flavors, preservatives, hydrogenated oils, and high-fructose corn syrup.
